From Edinburgh take M9, from Glasgow take A80, M80 and M9 to Stirling. On reaching the roundabout at the end of M9, follow A9 signs to Bridge of Allan. Continue into Bridge of Allan, through the high street for approximately 0.5 miles, the memorial park is seen on the right hand side. Multi appointments and party bookings will require a 50% deposit. This deposit will be non-refundable if booking is cancelled within 48 hours of appointment. We are happy to accept most major debit and credit cards.
Arrivals
If you are visiting us for the first time please arrive 15 mins early for your initial consultation. Please arrive in plenty of time to relax and enjoy the experience. If you’re running late every effort will be made to honour your treatment time but this may not always be possible. Please refrain from using your mobile phone during your visit – in fact why not just get away from it all and switch it off altogether!
Cancellation
We’re sure you’ll appreciate that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelled or rescheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.
Health & Safety
Lumia regrets that we cannot allow children under 12yrs of age to be present in treatment rooms at any time. Children between the ages of 12 & 16yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult to any appointment booked.
We cannot cut any child’s hair under the age of 10yrs. Children aged 5 and over can enter the salon if accompanied by an adult. This does not include supervision from the person who is receiving a hair treatment.
